Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at sales@trackwarriormods.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 3% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Digital goods and software (including tuning licences registered to your VIN)

• Items marked as non-returnable

• Gift cards

• Sale or clearance items

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please get in touch before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original product. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
